摘  要:针对水资源开发利用突出的安全问题,以兴义市水资源安全因素和地理环境条件为背景,从健康安全、社会安全、环境安全、资源安全等方面构建了4项一级评价指标,选取15项二级评价指标综合分析评价兴义市水资源安全状况。评价结果表明:水源污染率对水资源安全影响最大,人口总量次之。提出了加强水资源污染管理以降低水资源污染率的建议,与区域水资源安全治理措施相符,该评价结果可为区域水资源安全治理提供参考。Aiming at the prominent security problems in the development and utilization of water resources,this paper takes the water resources security factors and geographical environment conditions as the background,constructs 4 first-level indicators from the aspects of health and safety,social security,environmental security and resource security,and selects 15 second-level indicators for comprehensive analysis and evaluation of water resources security in Xingyi City.The results show that:The water source pollution rate has the greatest impact on water resource security,followed by the total population.The suggestion of strengthening water resources pollution management to reduce water resources pollution rate is put forward,which is consistent with the regional water resources security management measures.The evaluation results can provide reference for regional water resources security management.
