摘　　要：本文主要以具有抗冲击特性的高强力防撕裂输送带为研究对象,对其抗冲击特性覆盖胶配方设计、加工工艺、骨架材料的高强力、抗冲击性能等进行研究,并通过设计试验台,准确采集试验数据,为具有抗冲击特性的高强力防撕裂输送带的设计提供数据支撑。This paper mainly takes the high-strength tear-proof conveyor belt with impact-resistant properties as the research object,and studies the design and processing technology of the covering rubber formula with impact-resistant properties,and the high-strength and impact-resistant properties of the skeleton material.Through the design of a test bench,accurate test data is collected to provide data support for the design of high-strength tear-proof conveyor belt with impact-resistant properties.
