摘 要:装配式建筑是我国正在大力推行的一种新型建造方式。为推动装配式建筑的系统集成管理应用,可以将BIM-建筑业的“先进生产力”和IPD模式-建筑业的“先进生产关系”应用到装配式建筑中。从BIM的集成特征和IPD项目的关键要素出发,分析了基于BIM和IPD的装配式建筑实施过程以及IPD团队成员各自的主要任务,并在此基础上构建了基于BIM与IPD的装配式建筑全过程集成模型。BIM-IPD全过程集成模型应用于装配式项目,通过整合技术、流程和资源,实现装配式建筑的系统化、一体化和价值最大化,从而推动我国装配式建筑事业的发展。Prefabricated building is a new type of construction mode being vigorously promoted in China.In order to promote the application of system integration management of prefabricated building,BIM-"advanced productivity"of the construction industry and IPD mode-"advanced relations of production"of the construction industry can be applied to prefabricated building.Starting from the integration characteristics of BIM and the key elements of IPD projects,this paper analyzes the implementation process of prefabricated building based on BIM and IPD and the main tasks of IPD team members,and on this basis,constructs the whole process integration model of prefabricated building based on BIM and IPD.The BIM-IPD whole process integration model is applied to prefabricated projects.Through the integration of technology,processes and resources,the systematization,integration and value maximization of prefabricated building are realized,thus promoting the development of prefabricated building in China.
