摘  要:锅炉炉水质量的控制水平直接影响了锅炉热力系统的运行周期和能效。本文介绍了炉水取样分析监测提质节能系统某炼化企业热电部CFB高压锅炉的应用,对炉水连续采样分析并通过综合算法控制连排测控节能系统及自动加药系统,使锅炉炉水排污系统均衡合理排污并自动变频加药,在保证水质的前提下,实现了减少排污量的节能环保目标。The control level of boiler water quality directly interferes with the operation period and energy efficiency of boiler system.Application of the Boiler water sampling-analysis-monitoring-dosing control system for quality improvement and energy saving in high-pressure Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler is introduced.The system has improvesd the boiler water quality by balanced and reasonable blowdown of boiler water blowdown system and automatic frequency conversion dosing,based on continuous sampling,analysis and a synthetic algorithm.On the promise of ensuring boiler water quality,by means of reduction of discharge capacity and and dosage of trisodium phosphate,the goal of energy conservation and environmental protection to reduce sewage discharge has been achieved.
