摘  要:在牙科诊室中使用超声波洁牙机对患者进行治疗过程中会产生大量气溶胶和飞沫,许多研究表明这些气溶胶和飞沫会带来病毒传播风险。提出了一种使用单一相机拍摄结合图像处理的方法使得口腔飞沫的传播可视化,研究了超声波洁牙治疗过程中引发的飞沫在空气中的流动动态,为牙科诊室中飞沫吸附装置的研制提供数据参考。结果表明超声洁牙机在16个牙齿区域内所产生的飞沫离开口腔时的最大瞬时流动速度不大于9 m/s,在3 s内均衰减至0.9~1.2 m/s,飞沫粒径为0.2~5 mm。设定上嘴唇为原点,飞沫在Y方向的最大位移不高于450 mm,飞沫流动至轨迹最高点时,距离口腔上嘴唇的最大水平位移不高于700 mm,飞沫的初始喷射范围不大于170°。Many aerosols and spatter will be produced while treating patients with ultrasonic dental cleaners in the dental clinic.Many studies have shown that these aerosols and spatter will increase virus transmission risk.a method of single-camera shooting combined with image processing was proposed to visualize the propagation of oral droplets.The flow dynamics of droplets in the air caused by ultrasonic scaling were studied,which provided data reference for developing droplet adsorption devices in a dental clinic.The results show that when leaving the mouth,the maximum instantaneous flow velocity of the droplets generated by the ultrasonic dental cleaning machine in the 16 tooth regions is not more than 9 m/s.It is attenuated to 0.9~1.2 m/s within 3 s,and the droplet size is 0.2~5 mm.Setting the upper lip as the origin,the maximum displacement of the droplets in the Y direction is not higher than 450 mm.When the droplets flow to the highest point of the trajectory,the maximum horizontal displacement from the upper lip of the mouth is not higher than 700 mm,and the initial injection range of the droplets is not greater than 170°.
