摘 要:为提高大容量风电机组在山地大湍流风场的适应能力,提升山地风场机组安全系数。通过变桨控制策略的整体结构改进,在原有变增益PI控制算法基础上,设计了模糊变桨PI控制,并开发了两种变桨控制器根据不同风况平滑切换的控制方案,完成了变桨双控制器平滑切换的新型变桨控制算法开发。通过仿真实验及现场应用证明,变桨双控制器平滑切换控制方案能减小大湍流风场机组超速及振动故障发生率,降低机组载荷,提升机组安全系数。统计表明,该算法使山地大湍流风场机组振动故障减少60%以上,超速故障减少100%。In order to improve the adaptability of largecapacity wind turbines in mountainous large turbulent wind farms and improve the safety factor of wind turbines in mountainous wind farms.Through the improvement of the overall structure of the pitch control strategy,based on the original variable gain PI control algorithm,the fuzzy pitch PI control is designed,and two control schemes for smooth switching of pitch controllers according to different wind conditions are developed,and the development of a new pitch control algorithm for smooth switching of pitch dual controllers is completed.Through simulation and field application,it is proved that the smooth switching control scheme of variable pitch dualcontroller can reduce the occurrence rate of overspeed and vibration failures of units in large turbulent wind farms,reduce the unit load,and improve the unit safety factor.Statistics show that the algorithm can reduce the vibration fault of the unit by more than 60%and the overspeed fault by 100%in the mountainous large turbulence wind farm.
