摘 要:该文设计一种可用于高压三相异步电动机性能试验和出厂检验的高压电机及开关电气试验自动化系统,可自动完成对试验样机电压、电流、功率等参数的精确测量和智能分析。该文首先介绍该系统的整体架构,随后概述高压电气试验主回路、测量子系统和高压电气开关试验结构的设计要点。最后,在分析空载试验的数据处理方法的基础上,总结高压电气开关试验的控制策略,结果表明,该系统可精确控制电流源主控开关的闭合,符合设计要求。This paper designs a high voltage motor and switch electrical test automation system which can be used for high voltage three-phase induction motor performance test and factory inspection.It can automatically complete the accurate measurement and intelligent analysis of the test prototype voltage,current,power and other parameters.In this paper,the overall structure of the system is introduced first,and then the main design points of the main circuit,the measuring subsystem and the test structure of the high voltage electrical switch are summarized.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the data processing method of no-load test,the control strategy of high-voltage electrical switch test is summarized.The results show that the system can accurately control the closure of the current source main control switch,which meets the design requirements.
