摘　　要：风险控制是质量管理中的一个重要方面。海洋仪器设备的研制是高风险行业,风险管理是应对仪器设备研制过程中出现高风险事故的必要手段。该文结合海洋仪器研制项目实践,分析海洋仪器研制风险管理的现状,重点介绍技术风险识别中检查表法在仪器研制不同阶段风险管理中的应用,提出风险管理评估体系的建立与管理规范。Risk control is an important aspect of quality management.The development of marine instruments and equipment is a high-risk industry,and risk management is a necessary means to deal with high-risk accidents in the process of instrument and equipment development.Based on the practice of marine instrument development project,this paper analyzes the present situation of risk management in marine instrument development,and focuses on the application of check table method in technical risk identification in risk management in different stages of instrument development.The establishment and management norms of risk management evaluation system are put forward.
