室外硬地丙烯酸网球场翻新

摘　　要：室外球场经过长年累月的日晒雨淋,容易出现漆面脱落、场地开裂等问题。如何对老旧破损的球场进行翻新,该文以学校室外网球场为例,从处理水泥混凝土基层裂缝到增设沥青混凝土基层,最后涂刷丙烯酸面层,详细阐述丙烯酸网球场翻新的施工过程。在室外球场增设沥青混凝土基层相较于单一的水泥混凝土基层,能更有效地防止地面开裂。油性丙烯酸涂料耐晒性较好,使用寿命长,造价便宜,用作室外运动场的面层涂料,是一个不错的选择。After years of exposure to the sun and rain,outdoor courts are prone to problems such as paint peeling and site cracking.How to renovate the old and damaged tennis court?This paper takes the school outdoor tennis court as an example and by dealing with the cracks of cement concrete base,adding asphalt concrete base,and finally painting acrylic surface,expounds the construction process of acrylic tennis court renovation in detail.Compared with the single cement concrete base,the addition of asphalt concrete base in outdoor stadium can prevent the ground from cracking more effectively.Oily acrylic coating has good sun resistance,long service life and low cost,so it is a good choice to be used as a topcoat coating for outdoor playground.
