摘 要:为及时掌握轨道几何形位状态,研制了一种挂载式动态轨道检查仪。该检查仪可挂载于运营车辆上,作为轨检车以外的轨道几何形位动态检测补充装置,实现对线路轨道几何形位的日常检测。在分析挂载式动态轨道检查仪检测原理基础上,提出系统的总体结构,研究多传感器数据采集技术,数据时间同步与对齐、里程匹配、时空转换重采样等数据处理技术,以及“轮对姿态角-轨道几何形位”解算模型,并开发成果管理与应用子系统。现场应用结果表明,挂载式动态轨道检查仪运行稳定可靠,其数据采集与处理系统可实现多源数据在时空维度上的高一致性,基于轴箱姿态角解算的轨道几何形位重复性好,准确性满足线路日常巡检需要;成果管理与应用功能完善;设备结构简单,安装、拆卸便捷。In order to timely grasp the geometry and position of the track,a mounted dynamic track inspection instrument has been developed.This inspection device can be mounted on operating vehicles as a supplementary device for dynamic detection of track geometry and position beyond the track inspection vehicle,achieving daily detection of track geometry and position on the line.Based on the analysis of the detection principle of the mounted dynamic track inspection instrument,the overall structure of the system was proposed,and multi-sensor data acquisition technology,data processing technologies such as data time synchronization and alignment,mileage matching,spatiotemporal conversion resampling,and the“wheel attitude angle‐track geometry and position”calculation model were studied.The achievement management and application subsystem was also developed.The on-site application results show that the mounted dynamic track inspection instrument operates stably and reliably,and its data acquisition and processing system can achieve high consistency of multi-source data in the spatiotemporal dimension.The track geometry and position based on axle box attitude angle calculation has good repeatability and accuracy,meeting the needs of daily line inspection.The achievement management and application functions were completed,and the equipment has a simple structure and is easy to install and disassemble.
