摘  要:为了解决大硐室掘进过程中安全管理难度大、硐室成型质量要求严格、掘进速度慢等难题,结合硐室质量要求、中深孔爆破技术、安全管理要求,探索利用沿硐室轴线布置切割槽和垂直硐室轴线布置切割槽的方式,进行中深孔爆破掘进施工大硐室。大硐室中深孔爆破掘进技术关键核心思想是将大硐室进行分区施工,以保证拉槽悬顶后有可靠方式进行处理以及正排爆破衰减不影响施工质量。沿硐室轴线布置切割槽施工大硐室的方法在逊克金矿取得了成功应用,缩短了施工工期;新兴铁矿在无轨维修硐室使用垂直硐室轴线拉槽爆破技术取得了成功,设备利用率提高、成本降低、施工时间缩短、效果明显。大硐室爆破掘进技术拓宽了中深孔爆破技术的应用范围,丰富了大硐室的施工技术。In order to solve the difficult problems of safety management,strict requirement of molding quality and slow speed in the process of large chamber excavation,combined with the requirements of chamber quality,medium deep hole blasting technology and safety management,the method of laying cutting grooves along the axis of the chamber and laying cutting grooves on the vertical axis of the chamber is explored for the construction of large chamber by medium deep hole blasting.The key idea of medium deep hole blasting technology in large chamber is to construct large chamber in different areas,so as to ensure reliable treatment after the draw-groove suspended roof and the attenuation of forward row blasting does not affect the construction quality.The method of laying cutting grooves along the chamber axis to construct large chamber has been successfully applied in Xunke Gold Mine,and the construction period has been shortened.Xinxing Iron Mine has been successful in using vertical chamber axis blasting technology in trackless maintenance chamber,with high equipment utilization,lower cost,shorter construction time and obvious effect.Large chamber blasting technology broadens the application range of medium deep hole blasting technology and enriches the construction technology of large chamber.
