摘 要:冬瓜山铜矿为了解决半自磨机补加ϕ200 mm钢球达产后带来的衬板寿命短、半自磨机功耗高和球耗高等一系列生产问题,进行了半自磨机筒体衬板和出料端衬板优化、调整钢球直径和充填率、优化磨矿产品粒度组成的生产实践。优化后,半自磨机功率降低400 kW/h,降幅8.51%;半自磨机和球磨机钢球总单耗降低0.355 kg/t,降幅2.50%;半自磨机筒体衬板寿命由2.5个月延长至5.5个月,并实现了半自磨机衬板的整体更换;旋流器溢流-74μm含量提高至73.90%,提高了8.3个百分点,10~100μm易选粒级含量增加至63.04%,提高了8.79个百分点;以上举措实现了SAB磨矿系统的提质增效,对提高半自磨工艺技术和生产管理水平、健全绿色低碳循环发展体系和碳中和具有积极意义。In order to solve a series of production problems such as short liner life,high power consumption of semi-autogenous mill and high ball consumption after addingϕ200 mm steel ball to semi-autogenous mill,the production practice of optimizing the liner and discharge end of semi-autogenous mill cylinder,adjusting the diameter and filling rate of steel ball and optimizing the particle size composition of grinding products was carried out in Dongguashan Copper Mine.After the optimization,the semi-autogenous mill power was reduced by 400 kW/h with the decrease of 8.51%.The total unit consumption of steel balls of semi-autogenous mill and ball mill was reduced by 0.355 kg/t with the decrease of 2.50%.The service life of semi-autogenous mill liner was extended from 2.5 months to 5.5 months,and the overall replacement of semi-autogenous mill liner was realized.The content of-74μm in the overflow of the cyclone increased to 73.90%with the increase of 8.3 percentage points,and the content of 10~100μm easy-to-select particles increased to 63.04%with the increase of 8.79 percentage points.The above measures have realized the improvement of quality and efficiency of SAB grinding system,which is of positive significance to improve the semi-autogenous grinding process technology and production management level,improve the green low-carbon cycle development system and carbon neutralization.
