摘 要:为高效回收某钨尾矿伴生低品位高钙难选萤石矿,在工艺矿物学性质研究的基础上,采用浮选脱硫—磨矿擦洗—萤石浮选流程,系统考查了磨矿擦洗、新型捕收剂CYP、盐化水玻璃、精选次数对萤石品位及回收率的影响规律。最终通过浮选脱硫—硫尾磨矿擦洗—萤石粗选—8次精选闭路流程,获得了CaF2品位85.43%、回收率38.47%的萤石精矿,该工艺可为同类型萤石矿的回收利用提供经验借鉴。In order to efficiently recover tungsten tailings associated with low grade and high calcium refractory fluorite ore,based on the study of process mineralogical properties,a flotation desulfurization grinding and scrubbing-fluorite flotation process was adopted.The effects of grinding and scrubbing,new collector CYP,salinized water glass and cleaning times on fluorite grade and recovery were systematically investigated.Finally,the fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 85.43%and recovery rate of 38.47%was obtained through the closed-circuit process of flotation desulfurization-sulfur tailings grinding and scrubbing-fluorite roughing-eight cleanings.This process can provide reference for the recovery and utilization of the same type of fluorite ore.
