摘 要:研山铁矿为了生产高品低硅铁精粉,针对生产中铁精粉硅含量较高影响销售的问题,进行了选矿工艺流程优化试验。通过对选矿生产模式下原矿性质、关键生产指标以及优化流程的可行性分析,摸清了流程中制约精矿品位提升的关键因素并加以解决,进一步稳定了精矿产品质量。试验结果表明:淘洗机扫磁选精矿进行磨矿—磁选—浮选工艺流程后,最终铁精矿品位可超过68%,硅含量低于5%,同时工艺流程中循环量降低,球磨机处理能力提高,实现了提质创效。In order to produce high-grade and low-silicon iron concentrate in Yanshan Iron Mine,the optimization test of beneficiation process flow was carried out in view of the problem that the high silicon content of iron concentrate in production affected the sales.Through the feasibility analysis of raw ore properties,key production indicators and optimization process under the beneficiation production mode,the key factors restricting the improvement of concentrate grade in the process were found out and solved,and the quality of concentrate products was further stabilized.The results showed that after the magnetic separation concentrate of the elutriation machine was subjected to the grinding-magnetic separation-flotation process,the final iron concentrate grade could reach more than 68%and the silicon content was less than 5%.At the same time,the circulation volume in the process flow is reduced,the processing capacity of the ball mill is improved,and the quality and efficiency are improved.
