摘 要:贵州某金矿氰化尾渣中金品位2.22 g/t,泥化严重且其中载金矿物被强烈抑制,为了合理开发利用该氰化尾渣中的金,对该氰化尾渣进行了选矿试验研究。研究结果表明:采用分散矿泥—活化浮选工艺流程,以硫酸作为pH值调整剂,六偏磷酸钠作为矿泥分散剂,硫酸铜和硝酸铅为组合活化剂,丁基黄药和丁铵黑药为组合捕收剂,通过1粗3精4扫闭路流程,获得了金品位18.72 g/t、金回收率83.24%的金精矿,金回收效果明显,实现了资源的综合回收利用。The gold grade in the cyanide tailings of a gold mine in Guizhou is 2.22 g/t,which is seriously mudding and the gold-bearing minerals are strongly inhibited.In order to rationally develop and utilize the gold in the cyanide tailings,the beneficiation test of the cyanide tailings was carried out.The process of dispersed slime-activation flotation was adopted by using sulfuric acid as pH regulator,sodium hexametaphosphate as slime dispersant,copper sulfate and lead nitrate as combined activator,butyl xanthate and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate as combined collector.Through the closed-circuit process of one roughing,three cleaning and four scavenging,the gold concentrate with gold grade of 18.72 g/t and gold recovery rate of 83.24%was obtained.The gold recovery effect is obvious,and the comprehensive recovery and utilization of resources is realized.
