摘 要:为了优化宜春钽铌矿选厂工艺,提高选厂钽铌回收率,针对因矿石性质变化导致的细粒级低品位钽铌产率增大及难回收的问题,进行了组合捕收剂Zh-2浮选预富集—悬浮选矿机精选工艺试验研究。试验结果表明:当原矿Ta_(2)O_(5)含量0.013%时,最终获得的钽铌精矿Ta_(2)O_(5)品位17.32%,浮选预富集作业回收率83.25%,悬浮选矿机精选作业回收率83.81%,对原矿总回收率69.77%。对比选厂原铺布溜槽预富集—摇床精选工艺,浮选预富集—悬浮选矿机精选工艺钽回收率提高约30个百分点,解决了细粒级低品位钽铌回收的技术难题。In order to optimize the process of Yichun tantalum-niobium ore dressing plant and improve the recovery rate of tantalum-niobium,aiming at the problems of yield increasing and difficult recovery of fine-grained and low-grade tantalum-niobium caused by the change of ore properties,the experimental study on the combined collector Zh-2 flotation pre-concentration suspension concentrating machine cleaning process was carried out.The test results showed that when the Ta_(2)O_(5) content of the raw ore was 0.013%,the Ta_(2)O_(5) grade of the tantalum-niobium concentrate was 17.32%,the recovery rate of the flotation pre-enrichment operation was 83.25%,the recovery rate of the cleaning operation of the suspension concentrating machine was 83.81%,and the total recovery rate of the raw ore was 69.77%.Compared with the original spreading chute pre-enrichment shaking table cleaning process,the tantalum recovery rate of flotation pre-enrichment suspension concentrating machine cleaning process is raised by about 30 percentage points,which solves the technical problem of fine-grained and low-grade tantalum-niobium recovery.
