摘  要:袁家村铁矿属于微细粒红磁混合难选铁矿,为了提高浮选工艺中微细粒级矿物的选矿效率,针对浮选药剂对-19μm微细粒级铁矿物的选择性差,易造成高碱度、高硬度、高黏度水质,在回用时严重干扰浮选过程,造成药剂消耗增多,浮选分选效果差,产品质量波动大,金属流失严重等问题,进行了KDF抑制剂的设计思路改进与合成工艺分析研究。实践结果表明:KDF抑制剂对-19μm微细粒赤铁矿具有高效抑制效果,增强了微细粒级的选择性,进而提高了微细粒赤铁矿的选矿效率和回收率。Yuanjiacun iron ore belongs to micro-fine particle red magnetic mixed refractory iron ore.In order to improve the beneficiation efficiency of micro-fine particle minerals in the flotation process,in view of the poor selectivity of flotation reagents to-19μm micro-fine particle iron minerals,it is easy to form high alkalinity,high hardness and high viscosity water,which seriously interferes with the flotation process during reuse,resulting in an increase in flotation reagents,poor flotation separation effect,large product quality fluctuation and serious metal loss.The design improvement and synthesis process analysis of KDF inhibitor were carried out.The practical results showed that the KDF inhibitor had a high-efficiency inhibition effect on-19μm micro-fine particle hematite,which enhanced the selectivity of micro-fine particle,improved the beneficiation efficiency and recovery rate of micro-fine particle hematite.
