摘  要:四川会理某铅锌矿为了更好地回收铅金属,有效提高资源利用率,针对近年来矿石性质波动较大,氧化率逐年增高,实际生产中出现的铅回收率下降的情况,对含铅0.70%、含锌7.20%的原矿进行了选矿试验研究。在不改变选矿工艺流程的基础上,通过优化选矿药剂制度,添加新型调整剂T-8和辅助捕收剂A16,取得了铅精矿品位46.35%、铅回收率67.14%的较好选矿指标,铅精矿品位提高了3.21个百分点,铅回收率提高了15.15个百分点,经济效益显著。In order to better recover lead metal and effectively improve the utilization rate of resources,in view of the fact that the ore properties fluctuate greatly in recent years,the oxidation rate increases year by year,and the lead recovery rate decreases in actual production,the beneficiation test of the raw ore of lead containing 0.70%and zinc containing 7.20%was carried out in a lead-zinc mine in Huili,Sichuan Province.On the basis of no changing the beneficiation process,by optimizing the beneficiation reagent system,adding a new conditioning agent T-8 and an auxiliary collector A16,a better beneficiation index of lead concentrate grade of 46.35%and lead recovery rate of 67.14%was obtained.The grade of lead concentrate increased by 3.21 percentage points,and the recovery rate of lead increased by 15.15 percentage points.The economic benefit is remarkable.
