摘 要:TBM多用于地铁隧道、排水隧道、公路隧道掘进施工,随着TBM设备的发展,近年开始在矿山井巷工程掘进中应用。通过分析TBM在某金属矿山长距离井巷工程掘进的适应性及可行性,阐述了具体施工方案,包括设备选型、断面匹配、支护方案、回填方案、掘进线路选择等。为了实现快速投产的目标,某金属矿山通过引入TBM掘进技术,实现了矿山巷道的快速掘进,最高掘进速度达到550 m/月,节省项目建设工期26个月,显著提升了矿山开发的综合效益。Tunnel Boring Machines(TBM)were mostly used for the construction of subway tunnels,drainage tunnels,and highway tunnels,with the development of TBM equipment,in recent years,TBM have begun to be applied in mining tunnel projects.Based on the analysis of the adaptability and feasibility of TBM tunneling in a metal mine,the concrete construction scheme is described,including equipment selection,section matching,support scheme,backfill scheme and tunneling line selection.In order to achieve the goal of rapid production,the metal mine introduced TBM tunneling technology,which enabled rapid tunneling with the highest advance rate reaching 550 m/month,saving 26 months of project construction time,and significantly improving the overall efficiency of mine development.
