摘  要:为了解决干旱缺水地区弱磁性矿开发利用难的问题,采用COMSOLMULTIPHYSIC多物理场软件对磁系排列、磁场梯度等磁系特征进行模拟仿真,创新了磁系结构,研制出了低耗GTQ永磁干式强磁选机,并对赤铁矿、镜铁矿、锰矿和黑钨矿4种典型弱磁性矿石进行了试验及工业应用研究。研究结果表明:新式GTQ干式强磁选机不仅磁力作用深度高、结构简单、投资少,而且运行成本低、节能环保;GTQ永磁干式强磁选机的成功应用,可为我国干旱缺水和北方寒冷地区的弱磁性矿的经济开发提供新的解决方案。In order to solve the problem of difficult development and utilization of weakly magnetic ore in arid and water shortage areas,COMSOL MULTIPHYSIC multi-physics software was used to simulate the magnetic system characteristics such as magnetic system arrangement and magnetic field gradient.The magnetic structure was innovated,and a low-consumption GTQ dry highintensity permanent magnetic separator was developed.Four kinds of typical weakly magnetic ores,hematite,specularite,manganese ore and wolframite,were studied for industrial application.The research results showed that the new GTQ dry high intensity magnetic separator had high magnetic action depth,simple structure,low investment,low operation cost,andcould save energy and protect environment.The successful application of GTQ dry highintensity permanent magnetic separator can provide a new solution for the economic development of weakly magnetic minerals in arid and water-deficient areas in China and cold regions in the north.
