摘　　要：为了解某轧钢厂生产现场的职业卫生现状,识别、明确可能存在的职业病危害因素,针对其工作地点可能存在的职业病危害因素进行评价、检测,明确主要职业病危害因素及关键控制点,评价企业采取的职业病防护、应急救援设施及措施等是否符合国家或行业职业健康标准要求。分析结果表明:该企业生产地点存在的主要职业病危害因素有其他粉尘、噪声、高温和一氧化碳;职业病危害因素检测岗位合格率其他粉尘100%,噪声89.0%,高温50.0%,一氧化碳100%。该企业生产工艺较先进,机械自动化程度较高,对多种设备采取了密闭和隔离技术;该企业设置的职业病危害防护设施、采取的措施和职业健康管理状况基本符合国家规范要求。In order to understand the current situation of occupational health in the production site of a steel rolling plant,identify and clarify the possible occupational hazards,the possible occupational hazard factors in the workplace were evaluated and detected,and the main occupational hazard factors and key control points were identified.To evaluate whether the occupational disease protection,emergency rescue facilities and measures adopted by the enterprise meet the requirements of national or industrial occupational health standards.The results showed that the main occupational hazard factors in the production site of the enterprise were other dust,noise,high temperature and carbon monoxide.The qualified rates of other dust,noise,high temperature and carbon monoxide were 100%,89.0%,50.0%and 100%,respectively.The production process of the enterprise is advanced,the degree of mechanical automation is high,and the sealing and isolation technology is adopted for many kinds of equipment.The occupational hazard protection facilities set up by the enterprise,the measures taken and the status of occupational health management basically meet the requirements of national norms.
