摘 要:针对吉安煤业有限公司5110工作面两巷原“锚网喷+锚索”支护后巷道围岩破碎问题,采用FLAC^(3D)模拟得到锚杆长度2500 mm、锚固长度为锚杆长度1/3、预紧力为锚杆承载力极限值的50%~70%、间排距为700 mm×700 mm时,能最大程度地发挥锚杆的锚固力。同时,增加帮锚索和底板锚索对围岩整体的承载能力。通过监测巷道围岩变形量可知,优化后的支护参数能保证巷道围岩稳定性。Aiming at the roadway surrounding rock breakage problem after the original"anchor net spray+anchor cable"support in two lanes of 5110 working face of Ji'an Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.By using FLAC^(3D) simulation,the anchoring length of anchor bolt is 2500 mm,the anchoring length is 1/3 of the anchor bolt length,the preload is 50%~70%of the limit value of the bearing capacity of anchor bolt,and the spacing between rows is 700 mm×700 mm,the anchoring force of anchor bolt can be maximized.At the same time,adding side anchor cable and bottom anchor cable to play the whole bearing capacity of surrounding rock.By monitoring the deformation of roadway surrounding rock after supporting,it can be seen that the optimized supporting parameters can ensure the stability of roadway surrounding rock.
