摘  要:矿山开采工序复杂,生产方案的制定对矿山管理至关重要。露天采场资源开发排土场受限,且面临安全、环保等多方面问题,通过研究和尚桥铁矿资源分布状况和受土可行性,对基于空间转换的精准采矿关键技术进行探索。建立采场空间转换三阶段理论,通过剥离物料采场内循环,从工艺和稳定性方面对转换方案进行论证,解决了无排土场条件下露天采场资源开发的困境,实现了近城区矿山资源的绿色开发利用,取得良好的经济效益,为其他矿山提供参考。The mining process is complex,and the formulation of a production plan is very important to mine management.Open-pit resource development waste site is limited,and faced with safety,environmental protection and other problems,through the study of the distribution of resources and the feasibility of soil,the key technology of precision mining based on space conversion is explored.The three-stage theory of stope spatial conversion is established,and the conversion scheme is demonstrated from the aspects of process and stability by stripping the material inside the stope,which solves the dilemma of open pit resource development without dump,realizes the green development and utilization of mine resources in the near urban area,obtains good economic benefits,and provides a reference for other mines.
