摘 要:为进一步提高混合型磁赤铁矿分选效率,针对磁选流程冗杂、生产成本高昂的问题,通过阶段磁选工艺对不同磨矿细度条件下的混合型磁赤铁矿进行分离,分别获得了强磁性、弱磁性和非磁性产品,并采用VSM磁强计对不同产品的比磁化系数进行检测,分析了各产品的磁化规律及其对分选过程的影响。研究结果表明:随着试样磨矿细度的增加,磁性产品品位升高,而比磁化率降低,磁铁矿的强磁性和赤铁矿的弱磁性对该混合型铁矿石的分选至关重要,可通过弱磁选提前获得部分合格铁精矿来改进分选效率。In order to further improve the separation efficiency of mixed maghemite,aiming at the problems of complicated magnetic separation process and high production cost,the mixed maghemite under different grinding fineness conditions was separated by stage magnetic separation process,and strongly magnetic,weak magnetic and non-magnetic products were obtained respectively.The special magnetization coefficient of different products was tested by VSM magnetometer,and the magnetization law of each product and the influence on the separation process were analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of the grinding fineness of the sample,the grade of the magnetic product increased and the magnetic susceptibility decreased.The strong magnetism of magnetite and the weak magnetism of hematite are very important for the separation of the mixed iron ore.Some qualified iron concentrate can be obtained in advance by low intensity magnetic separation to improve the separation efficiency.
