摘 要:山西某铜矿选矿厂陶瓷过滤机主要采用硝酸配合超声波清洗,为了解决硝酸使用过程中存在的安全、环境、设备隐患,同时提高清洗效率,进行了陶瓷过滤机新型清洗剂应用研究。研究结果表明:新型清洗剂在用量为硝酸用量28%的条件下,陶瓷过滤机处理能力可提高20%~22%,滤饼水分增加0.65~0.75个百分点,但仍满足标准要求,可节约生产成本16.5万元/a。新型清洗剂代替硝酸清洗陶瓷过滤机,安全环保性较好,而且各项经济技术指标均能达到或优于使用要求,对其他选厂具有参考意义。The ceramic filter of a copper concentrator in Shanxi Province is mainly cleaned by nitric acid combined with ultrasonic cleaning.In order to solve the hidden dangers of safety,environment and equipment in the use of nitric acid,and improve the cleaning efficiency,the application of new cleaning agent for ceramic filter was studied.The research results showed that the new cleaning agent was under the condition of nitric acid dosage 28%,the processing capacity of ceramic filter could be increased by 20%~22%,and the moisture content of filter cake could be increased by 0.65~0.75 percentage points.However,it still meets the standard requirements and can save production costs by 165000 yuan/a.The new cleaning agent replaces nitric acid to clean ceramic filter,the safety and environmental protection is better,and the economic and technical indicators can meet or exceed the use requirements.The test has reference significance for other plants.
