摘  要:安徽马钢矿业资源集团姑山矿业有限公司白象山精矿过滤厂为解决陶瓷过滤机联合清洗过程中残留的硝酸溶液腐蚀陶瓷过滤机真空管路、橡胶密封等备件设施影响正常使用等问题,同时减少清洗残液外排对环境的影响,通过寻找与原硝酸清洗液具备相同或相近效果的新型清洗剂,实现了清洗剂替代。现场对比工业试验得出:新型清洗剂THR3具有和硝酸溶液相同的清洗效果,可完全替代硝酸作为清洗剂,同时外排水符合排放要求,改善了现场作业环境,确保了生产安全。In order to solve the problem that the residual nitric acid solution in the combined cleaning process of ceramic filter corrodes the vacuum pipeline,rubber seal and other spare parts of ceramic filter,which affects the normal use of ceramic filter,and reduce the influence of cleaning residual liquid discharge on the environment,the Baixiangshan Concentrate Filter Plant of Anhui Masteel Mining Resources Group Gushan Mining Co.,Ltd.has realized the replacement of cleaning agent by looking for a new cleaning agent with the same or similar effect as the original nitric acid cleaning liquid.The field comparison industrial test showed that the new cleaning agent THR3 had the same cleaning effect as the nitric acid solution,which could completely replace the nitric acid as the cleaning agent.At the same time,the external drainage met the emission requirements.The use of the new cleaning agent improves the on-site working environment and ensures the production safety.
