摘　　要：区块链技术是一种新型的计算体系,其对促进招投标监管创新具有重要作用。文章以成都市为例,基于招投标监管现状及存在的问题,结合区块链技术的优势和特点,对招投标监管领域应用区块链技术打造了防伪溯源、智能合约、匿名投标、资金管理、信用评估5个应用场景。Blockchain technology is a new type of computing system,and its application plays an important role in promoting innovation in bidding regulation.Taking Chengdu as an example,based on the current situation and existing problems of bidding supervision,combined with the advantages and characteristics of blockchain technology,the article designs five application scenarios for the application of blockchain technology in the field of bidding supervision,including anti-counterfeiting traceability,smart contracts,anonymous bidding,fund management,and credit evaluation.
