在线健康领域的主题分析

摘　　要：文章主要针对在线医疗健康领域进行研究,从该领域主题内容、热点、方法三个方面入手,可为该领域未来的相关探索和研究提供参考。该研究的数据集来源于中国知网,选定关键词进行主题检索,此次选择的是在线医疗和在线健康,共获得1473篇相关文献。基于文献计量和聚类分析等方法,深入分析了在线医疗健康的研究热点、主题、方法等内容。研究发现,在线医疗健康的热点主要有在线医疗社区、服务质量、信息内容、隐私等,且互联网信息平台发展状况对该主题发展影响较大。This article mainly conducts research in the field of online medical and health care.It starts from three aspects:topic content,hotspots and methods in this field,which can provide reference for future related exploration and research in this field.The dataset of this research comes from CNKI,and keywords are selected for topic search.This time,online medical and online health are selected,and a total of 1,473 related literatures are obtained.Based on bibliometric and cluster analysis methods,the research hotspots,topics,methods and other contents of online medical and health are deeply analyzed.The study found that the hotspots of online medical and health mainly include online medical community,service quality,information content,privacy,etc.,and the development of Internet information platforms has a great impact on the development of this topic.
