摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出“三个务必”思想,是党的历史主动精神的生动诠释。“三个务必”是坚守价值理念的主动作为,体现了思想上的清醒;是实现战略目标的主动作为,展现了目标上的坚定;是应对风险挑战的主动作为,凸显了实践上的主动。The report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC proposed the thought of"three musts",which was a vivid interpretation of the party's historical initiative.The"three musts"are the proactive act that adhere to the value concept,reflecting the clear thinking;It is a proactive action to achieve the strategic goal,showing the firmness of the goal;It is a proactive act to address risk and challenges,highlighting the initiative in practice.
