摘 要:介绍了低钛轴承钢的生产工艺,对钢中钛及TiN夹杂进行了热力学分析,同时对比了单渣和双渣冶炼操作工艺过程中钢液钛含量及各工序炉渣中TiO_(2)含量。结果表明:钛已近乎全部氧化进入渣中,钢水中氧含量在0.01%(即100 ppm)时,钢水中平衡的余钛约1.26 ppm,几乎为痕迹;成品中的钛主要来源于合金等物料带入和炉渣内TiO_(2)的还原;通过单渣法和双渣法试验对比发现,单渣法增钛量是双渣法的约3.5倍,且增钛量与回磷量成正相关,即回磷越多成品钛含量越高;结合热力学分析及工业试验分析,使用高钛铁水冶炼低钛轴承钢时采用双渣操作,严格控制下渣,并控制渣中Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2)≥300,可稳定生产出成品Ti≤0.0020%的高级优质轴承钢。通过对钢中TiN的热力学分析,在轴承钢中氮和钛含量取上限时,即氮含量为0.0050%时,钛含量0.0030%时,形成TiN夹杂的热力学温度为1181℃,此时轴承钢已为固态,正常情况下钢中不会形成TiN夹杂。实际轴承钢内的TiN夹杂主要是由于选分结晶局部形成TiN夹杂,增加末端电磁搅拌或轻压下破坏凝固前沿的成分偏析或降低两相区1325~1460℃的冷却时间,可减少TiN夹杂物的生成。The production process of low titanium bearing steel was introduced,the thermodynamic analysis of titanium and TiN inclusions in steel was carried out,and the content of molten steel and the content of TiO_(2)in slag in each process were compared during the single slag and double slag smelting process.The results show that titanium has basically oxidized into the slag at the end of the converter,and the oxygen content of molten steel is 0.01%(i.e.,100 ppm).The remaining titanium balanced in molten steel is about 1.26 ppm,which is almost a trace;the titanium in the finished product mainly comes from the alloy and other materials brought in and the reduction of TiO_(2)in the slag;through the comparison of the single slag method and the double slag method,it is found that the amount of titanium increase by the single slag method is about 3.5 times that of the double slag method,and the amount of titanium increase is positively correlated with the amount of phosphorus return,that is,the more phosphorus back,the higher the titanium content of the finished product;combined with thermodynamic analysis and industrial test analysis,the use of high titanium iron water smelting low titanium bearing steel adopts double slag operation,strictly controls the slag,and controls the Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2)≥300 can stably produce high-grade high-quality bearing steel with a finished Ti≤of 0.0020%.Through the thermodynamic analysis of TiN in steel,when the nitrogen and titanium content in the bearing steel is taken at the upper limit,that is,when the nitrogen content is 0.0050%,when the titanium content is 0.0030%,the thermodynamic temperature at which TiN inclusions are formed is 1181℃,at this time the bearing steel is solid,and TiN inclusions will not be formed in the steel under normal circumstances.The TiN inclusion in the actual bearing steel is mainly due to the local formation of TiN inclusion in the selective crystallization,which increases the component segregation of the terminal electromagnetic stirring or destroys the
