多流窄板坯连铸机设计特点及生产实践

摘　　要：介绍了多流窄板坯连铸机在辊列、结晶器和二次冷却等方面的设计特点。该多流窄板坯连铸机结合了常规板坯连铸机和矩形坯连铸机的特点,采用了组合板式结晶器、内外弧布置的结晶器振动装置、放射源式的结晶器液位控制系统、结晶器上口抽出的小辊径密排辊扇形段以及牌坊式拉矫机等装备,适用于宽度不大于1000 mm,厚度不大于200 mm,不需要凝固末端轻压下的窄板坯连铸。该连铸机的生产实践表明:对于以Q235为代表的包晶钢窄板坯,通过控制钢液成分([C]>0.17%,[S]<0.02%,[Mn]/[S]>20)、结晶器冷却(结晶器锥度0.8~0.9%/m,结晶器宽面和窄面的热流密度比为0.9)和二次冷却(二冷比水量0.6~0.7 L/kg)等工艺参数,能够有效防止铸坯表面纵裂纹的产生,实现连铸机的高质量生产,为同类连铸机的工艺设计提供参考和借鉴。The design characteristics of multi-flow narrow slab continuous casting machine in terms of roll row,crystallizer and secondary cooling are introduced.The multi-flow narrow slab continuous casting machine combines the characteristics of conventional slab continuous casting machine and rectangular billet continuous casting machine,and adopts a combination plate crystallizer,a crystallizer vibration device arranged in the inner and outer arcs,a crystallizer level control system of radioactive source,a small roller diameter dense row roller sector section extracted from the upper mouth of the mold and a torii type pulling machine,which is suitable for narrow slab continuous casting with a width of not more than 1000mm and a thickness of not more than 200mm,and does not require the solidification end under light pressure.The production practice of this continuous casting machine shows that for the narrow slab of coated steel represented by Q235,by controlling the molten steel composition([C]>0.17%,[S]<0.02%,[Mn]/[S]>20),crystallizer cooling(crystallizer taper 0.8~0.9%/m,heat flux density ratio of wide and narrow surface of crystallizer is 0.9)and secondary cooling(secondary cooling specific water volume 0.6~0.7 L/kg)and other process parameters,the occurrence of longitudinal cracks on the surface of the casting billet can be effectively prevented.Achieve high-quality production of continuous casting machines.It provides reference and reference for the process design of similar continuous casting machines.
