摘  要:推动实施钢铁行业超低排放,大幅削减污染物排放量,促进环境质量持续改善,加快绿色低碳转型和高质量发展是大势所趋、行业所需。目前部分钢企对超低排放改造的认识不足,虽然在原料、烧结、焦化等污染较重、排放较大的工序取得了一定的成效,但在清洁运输环节还重视不够、办法不多、投入不足,未系统建立钢铁企业绿色低碳运输技术措施。系统梳理了钢铁企业的绿色运输元素,挖掘了钢铁厂在运输方式转变、清洁能源使用、环保设施配备等方面的技术提升措施,为清洁运输钢铁厂实现绿色低碳、生态环保的高质量发展增光添彩。Promoting the implementation of ultra-low emissions in the steel industry,significantly reducing pollutant emissions,promoting continuous improvement of environmental quality,accelerating green and low-carbon transformation and high-quality development are the general trend and required by the industry.At present,some steel enterprises have insufficient understanding of ultra-low emission transformation,although certain results have been achieved in raw materials,sintering,coking and other processes with heavy pollution and larger emissions,but they have not paid enough attention to clean transportation,not many methods,insufficient investment,and have not systematically established green and low-carbon transportation technical measures for steel enterprises.The green transportation elements of steel enterprises were systematically sorted out,and the technical improvement measures of steel plants in terms of transportation mode transformation,clean energy use,and environmental protection facilities were explored,to add luster to the high-quality development of green,low-carbon,ecological and environmental protection of clean transportation steel plants.
