摘  要:高温油气井的开发必须使用高密度的环空保护液,为了避免高密度环空保护液对井下管柱和设备的腐蚀,确保施工安全,室内开展了适合高密度环空保护液的抗高温缓蚀剂研究,采用挂片失重法和电化学极化曲线法评价了抗高温缓蚀剂HSJ-M加量、温度、环空保护液密度对腐蚀速率的影响。结果表明:随着抗高温缓蚀剂HSJ-M加量的增加,N80、1Cr-L80、3Cr-L80、13Cr-L80等4种材质挂片的腐蚀速率均逐渐降低,在温度为160℃、环空保护液密度为1.65 g·cm^(-3)、抗高温缓蚀剂HSJ-M加量为3.0%时,4种挂片的腐蚀速率均降至0.076 mm·a^(-1)以下;加入3.0%抗高温缓蚀剂HSJ-M后,随着温度的升高和环空保护液密度的增大,4种挂片的腐蚀速率均逐渐升高,当温度为170℃或环空保护液密度为1.75 g·cm^(-3)时,腐蚀速率仍低于0.076 mm·a^(-1);加入3.0%抗高温缓蚀剂HSJ-M后,1Cr-L80、13Cr-L80挂片的电化学腐蚀速率均明显降低,极化曲线均明显右移,自腐蚀电位升高,耐腐蚀性能明显增强。抗高温缓蚀剂HSJ-M能够满足目标高温深井井下管柱腐蚀防护的需求,有效保障作业施工安全。High-density annulus protection fluid must be used in the development of high temperature oil and gas wells.In order to avoid the corrosion of high-density annulus protection fluid to downhole strings and equipment and ensure the construction safety,we developed a high temperature-resisting corrosion inhibitor suitable for high-density annulus protection fluid.Moreover,we evaluated the effects of corrosion inhibitor HSJ-M dosage,temperature,and density of annulus protection fluid on corrosion rate by using coupon weight loss method and electrochemical polarization curve method.The results show that,with the increase of HSJ-M dosage,the corrosion rates of coupons N80,1Cr-L80,3Cr-L80,and 13Cr-L80 gradually decrease.When the temperature is 160℃,the density of annular protection fluid is 1.65 g·cm^(-3),the HSJ-M dosage is 3.0%,the corrosion rates of 4 coupons can be reduced to less than 0.076 mm·a^(-1).With the increase of the temperature and the density of annular protection fluid,the corrosion rates of 4 coupons increase gradually.After adding 3.0%HSJ-M,when the temperature is 170℃or the density of annular protection fluid is 1.75 g·cm^(-3),the corrosion rates of 4 coupon are still less than 0.076 mm·a^(-1).After adding 3.0%HSJ-M,the electrochemical corrosion rates of the coupons 1Cr-L80 and 13Cr-L80 decrease significantly,the polarization curves shift significantly to the right,the self-corrosion potentials increase,and the corrosion resistance properties enhance significantly.The high temperature-resisting corrosion inhibitor HSJ-M can meet the needs of corrosion protection of downhole string in target high temperature deep wells and effectively ensure work and construction safety.
