摘 要:【目的】探究海口市耕地土壤有机质及pH与微量元素的相关性,为当地农业生产科学施肥及土壤微量元素的高效利用提供参考。【方法】以海口市耕地土壤为研究对象,采用野外调查与室内分析相结合的方法,测定土壤pH、有机质、有效态铁(Fe)、有效态锰(Mn)、有效态铜(Cu)、有效态锌(Zn)、有效态钼(Mo)和有效态硼(B)含量,并对土壤有机质及pH与微量元素进行相关性分析。【结果】海口市耕地土壤pH、有机质含量均值分别为5.39和22.63 g/kg;土壤有效Fe、有效Mn、有效Cu、有效Zn、有效Mo和有效B含量均值分别为247.821 mg/kg、38.425 mg/kg、2.268 mg/kg、3.234 mg/kg、0.043 mg/kg和0.280 mg/kg,土壤Fe、Mn、Cu和Zn含量较丰富,Mo和B含量较缺乏。土壤有效Fe(0.941)、有效Cu(0.668)和有效B(0.760)属中等强度变异,其含量变化基本不受人为活动因素影响,有效Mn(1.024)、有效Zn(1.233)和有效Mo(1.576)属强变异,其含量变化受外界因素影响较大;土壤有机质与有效Mn、有效Cu和有效Zn呈正相关关系,与有效Fe呈显著正相关关系(4.410 0),与有效Mo和有效B呈负相关关系。pH与有效Fe、有效Mn、有效Cu和有效Mo呈负相关关系,与有效B呈正相关关系,与有效Zn呈显著正相关关系(0.541 6)。【结论】海口市耕地土壤呈弱酸性,有机质呈中等偏上水平,有机质和pH是影响土壤微量元素有效性的重要因素。在农业生产过程中,作物可能出现缺钼、硼缺素症状,应注重合理施用微肥,避免缺素症状发生,同时调节土壤酸度,增施有机肥,从而减少作物生长养分亏损,改善农产品品质及改良土壤理化性质。【Objective】The correlation among organic matter,pH and trace elements in cultivated soil of Haikou was explored,which provided reference for scientific fertilization during local agricultural production and efficient utilization of soil trace elements.【Method】Taking Haikou as the research object,the contents of pH,organic matter,available iron(Fe),available Mn,available Cu,available Zn,available Mo and available B in cultivated soil were determined by combining field investigation and indoor analysis,and the correlation among soil organic matter,pH and trace elements was analyzed.【Result】The average values of soil pH and organic matter content of cultivated land in Haikou were 5.39 and 22.63 g/kg,respectively;The average contents of available Fe,available Mn,available Cu,available Zn,available Mo,and available B in the soil were 247.821 mg/kg,38.425 mg/kg,2.268 mg/kg,3.234 mg/kg,0.043 mg/kg and 0.280 mg/kg,respectively.The content of Fe,Mn,Cu,and Zn in the soil were relatively rich,while the content of Mo and B were relatively lacking.The available Fe(0.941),available Cu(0.668),and available B(0.760)in the soil belonged to moderate-intensity variability,and their content changes were basically not affected by human activities.The available Mn(1.024),available Zn(1.233),and available Mo(1.576)belonged to strong variability,and their content changes were greatly influenced by external factors;Soil organic matter was positively correlated with available Mn,available Cu and available Zn,significantly and positively correlated with available Fe(4.4100),and negatively correlated with available Mo and available B.pH was negatively correlated with effective Fe,effective Mn,effective Cu,and effective Mo,positively correlated with effective B,and significantly and positively correlated with effective Zn(0.5416).【Conclusion】The cultivated soil in Haikou was weakly acidic,and the organic matter was above the middle level.Organic matter and pH were important factors affecting the availability of soil trace ele
