摘 要:在许多供暖方式评价文章中由于评价角度不同,所得结论并不能完全适应人们的不同需要。为此,文章结合层次分析法和TOPSIS法,构建了评估“电采暖”项目综合效益的评价指标体系,进而得到综合评价模型,从经济性、舒适性、可靠性及当地政策等方面进行论证,对常用四种电采暖方式进行分析评价,得出在不同地区、不同气候、不同的环境条件下最优供暖方式的评价模型,并以某市为例进行评价得出针对某市的最优供暖方式,得出一般模型,供用户选用参考。Many articles on the evaluation of heating methods have different evaluation angles,so the conclusions obtained cannot fully meet the different needs of people.To this end,this paper combines the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS) method to construct an evaluation index system to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of the "electric heating" project,and then,a comprehensive evaluation model is obtained,which demonstrates from the aspects of economy,comfort,reliability,and local policies.An evaluation model of the optimal heating method in different regions,different climates,and different environmental conditions is obtained through analyzing and evaluating the four commonly used electric heating methods.Finally,taking a city as an example,the optimal heating method for a city is obtained to get a general model for users to choose for reference.
