摘　　要：On November 16,1934,a document titled Declaration of the Chinese Workers'and Peasants'Red Army on Marching North to Resist Japanese Aggression was circulated in the Dabie Mountain area.The document read that Japanese aggressors had occupied Northeast China for several years,and that they had even invaded North China and Inner Mongolia.It continued on to say that although the Chinese Workers'and Peasants'Red Army was countering the Fifth Encirclement by the Kuomintang government,the army could not allow the Kuomintang to sell China to Japanese aggressors.
