摘　　要：安全工作是公交运营管理的首要任务。公交运行事故多源自人为操作不当,可通过管理与技术手段进行遏制。但传统驾驶安全评价和监管工作依赖人力,繁琐耗时,工作效率仍有很大的提升空间。基于数字化的安全评价监管系统,可以更客观、更直观地统计、记录、分析驾驶员的驾驶行为。在荆门公交数字化安全管理实践中,引入了数字孪生和人工智能等新兴技术,对安全管理形成有效助力。技术与管理的进一步互动互补将成为新的研究课题。Safety is the top priority of bus operation and management.Bus operation accidents are mostly caused by improper human operation and can be curbed through management and technical means.However,traditional driving safety evaluation and supervision work relies on manpower,which is cumbersome and time-consuming,and there is still a lot of room for improvement in work efficiency.Based on the digital safety evaluation supervision system,the driving behavior of drivers can be counted,recorded and analyzed more objectively and intuitively.In the digital safety management practice of Jingmen Bus,emerging technologies such as digital twin and artificial intelligence are introduced to effectively help safety management.Further interaction and complementarity between technology and management will become a new research topic.
