摘　　要：为加快建设广州无障碍城市,持续推动公交无障碍环境建设是重要一环。本文基于对快速公交系统(BRT)无障碍环境建设的系统性研究,通过对广州BRT无障碍设施、无障碍出行服务、无障碍信息交流等方面的调研,分析广州BRT无障碍环境建设存在的短板和不足,提出针对性的优化完善建议,以期进一步提升广州BRT无障碍环境建设水平和服务能力,应对城市老龄化趋势,满足特殊需求人士出行要求。In order to speed up the construction of a barrier-free city in Guangzhou,it is an important part to continuously promote the construction of a barrier-free environment for public transport.Based on the systematic research on the barrier-free environment construction of BRT system,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of Guangzhou BRT barrier-free environment construction through the investigation of Guangzhou BRT barrier-free facilities,barrier-free travel services,and barrier-free information exchange.In order to further improve the level of barrier-free environment construction and service capabilities of Guangzhou BRT,respond to the trend of urban aging,and meet the travel needs of people with special needs.
