摘 要:盐分、钾离子和氨氮是影响厌氧发酵速率和产气率高低的关键因素,准确测定其含量对指导发酵工艺、废弃物资源化利用具有重要意义。选用1.7 mmol/L的硝酸为淋洗液,pH值为2.60,淋洗液流速为0.8 mL/min、色谱柱为30℃,实现了离子色谱法对厌氧发酵液中盐分、钾离子和氨氮的测定。干扰试验表明,厌氧发酵液中的共存离子不影响测定。各待测物校准曲线的相关系数均不小于0.9997,最小检测浓度为0.00080~0.0025 mg/L。采用实验方法对餐厨垃圾发酵液和秸秆发酵液中盐分、钾和氨氮进行测定,并分别采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定钾、钠,GB/T 34500.5—2017中水杨酸分光光度法测定氨氮,进行方法比对,测定结果采用F检验法进行分析。结果表明,实验方法和比对方法的测定结果基本一致;实验方法测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.38%~4.5%,比对方法的RSD为0.71%~3.1%;F<F_(0.05,5)=5.05,说明实验方法和比对方法的精密度无显著性差异。按照实验方法对厨余垃圾发酵液、秸秆发酵液、青贮草发酵液以及狼尾草发酵液4种样品中盐分、钾和氨氮进行测定,并分别加入各待测物的标准溶液进行加标回收试验,平行测定6次,各待测物的加标回收率为86%~114%。Salt,potassium ions and ammonia nitrogen are the key factors affecting the anaerobic fermentation rate and high gas production rate.Therefore,the accurate determination of their contents is of great significance for guiding the fermentation process and waste resource utilization.The determination of salts,potassium and ammonia nitrogen in anaerobic fermentation broth was realized by ion chromatography under the follow experimental conditions:1.7 mmol/L nitric acid was used as the eluent,the pH was 2.60,the flow rate of eluent was 0.8 mL/min,and the column temperature was set at 30℃.The interference tests indicated that the coexisting ions in anaerobic fermentation broth did not influence on the determination.The correlation coefficients of standard curves were greater than 0.9997,and the minimum detection concentrations were 0.00080-0.0025 mg/L.The contents of salts,potassium and ammonia nitrogen in fermentation broths of kitchen waste and straw were determined according to the experimental method.Meanwhile,the determination of potassium and sodium by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES),and the determination of ammonia nitrogen by salicylic acid spectrophotometry in GB/T 34500.5-2017 were also conducted for comparison.The determination results were analyzed by F test.The results showed that the measured values of experimental method were basically consistent with those obtained by the comparison methods.The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=6)of the determination results of proposed method were 0.38%-4.5%,while the RSDs of comparison methods were 0.71%-3.1%.The results of FF_(0.05,5)=5.05 indicated that there was no significant difference in precision between the experimental method and comparison methods.The contents of salts,potassium and ammonia nitrogen in fermentation broths of four samples,i.e.,kitchen waste,straw,silage and Chinese Pennisetum,were determined according to the experimental method.Moreover,the recovery tests were conducted by adding the standard solution of eac
