摘　　要：In the early days of the Ming Dynasty(1368-1644),mperor Taizu(reign:1368-1398)ssued an edict to have a tower built at Shizi il to the northwest of the capital city Jinling(today's Nanjing),and conferred the name of"Yuejiang(Enjoying the River)"upon it.He asked Song Lian(1310-1381)to write an account of the tower.The article entitled"The Enjoying-the-RiverTower"is one of the masterpieces written at the orders of Ming emperors.
