摘　　要：Wei Yingwu(AD 737-792),a Chinese poet in the Tang Dynasty(AD 690-705),once wrote a poem entitled"A Letter to Li Dan and Yuan Xi?"We took leave of each other last year in a garden.The flowers have come out again this year.The uncertainties of life make my fate unexpectable.Alone I'm sleepless in spring.Afflicted by a weak condition I think about retirement,but if I did that I would be an iresponsible official neglecting the refugees.
