摘　　要：In Chinese history,Loulan is recorded as a mysterious ancient country in the LWestern Regions;Loulan Old Town was also a trading centre on the silk Road.After more than 800 years of existence,the ancient state abruptly disappeared,buried by the sands for more than a thousand years before it was rediscovered at the beginning of the 20th century.
