湘钢120吨转炉经济炉龄的探讨

摘　　要：通过分析湘钢120t转炉炉龄对补炉料消耗、底吹效果、钢水质量、辅材消耗、炉壳寿命的影响,探讨经济炉龄的可行性。研究结果表明,随着炉龄的增加,补炉料消耗量、补炉频次增加,底吹效果恶化,钢水质量降低,辅材消耗增加,炉壳服役寿命缩短。20000炉左右的长寿命炉龄带来的危害和支出大于收益。综合考虑公司生产平衡、吨钢耐材成本、新型透气砖有效寿命,具有综合效益的经济炉龄在12000炉左右。The feasibility of economic campaign life of 120 t converter in Xiang Gang is discussed by analyzing the influence of campaign life on the consumption of fettling materials,the effect of bottom blowing,the quality of molten steel,the auxiliary material consumption and the service period of the converter shell.The results show that the consumption of fettling materials and frequency of fettling are increased with the increase of converter life,the effect of bottom blowing is deteriorated,the quality of molten steel is reduced,the consumption of auxiliary materials is increased,and the service period of the converter shell is shortened.The hazards and expenditure caused by the long campaign life about 20000 heats are greater than revenue.Considering the balance of the company production,the refractory cost of per ton steel,and the effective life of the new type purging plug,the economic campaign life with the comprehensive benefits should be around 12000 heats.
