摘　　要：Rivers,lakes and oceans have aliways been the cradle flife.Even today,peoplestil have an inseparable connection to water.Perhaps for this reason,the hydrological status of a region's rivers and lakes has become the main criterion for that location's overall environmental quality.Rivers and lakes also represent basic and strategic resources for the survival and development of a city.
