帕瑞昔布联合间苯三酚对经尿道前列腺电切术患者术后早期膀胱痉挛的改善作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨帕瑞昔布联合间苯三酚对经尿道前列腺电切术(transurethral resection of the prostate,TURP)患者术后早期膀胱痉挛的改善作用。方法 收集庄河市中心医院2019年1月—2022年12月收治的接受TURP并且术后出现膀胱痉挛的患者50例,随机分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组术后应用间苯三酚,观察组在其基础上加用帕瑞昔布,两组均用药3 d。比较两组患者术后的疼痛、膀胱痉挛发作情况和膀胱症状。结果 观察组术后1 h、3 h、6 h、12 h和24 h的视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1 d、2 d和3 d的膀胱痉挛发作次数和时间均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后3 d、7 d的膀胱过度活动症症状评分表评分和膀胱状况感知量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于接受TURP的患者来说,帕瑞昔布联合间苯三酚能够减轻膀胱痉挛导致的疼痛,减少膀胱痉挛发作次数和时间,并且改善相应的下尿路症状。Objective To investigate the effect of parecoxib combined with phloroglucinol on early postoperative bladder spasm in patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP).Methods A total of 50 patients who underwent TURP and developed bladder spasms after surgery at Zhuanghe Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were collected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 25 cases each.The control group was given phloroglucinol after operation,and the observation group was given parecoxib on the basis of phloroglucinol.Both groups were given drugs for 3 days.The postoperative pain,bladder spasms,and bladder symptoms between two groups were compared.Results The score of visual analogue scale of the observation group at 1 hour,3 hours,6 hours,12 hours,and 24 hours after surgery was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The frequency and duration of bladder spasms in the observation group on the 1st,2nd,and 3rd day after surgery were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of overactive bladder syndrome and patient perception of bladder condition of the observation group on the 3rd and 7th postoperative days were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients receiving TURP,parecoxib combined with phloroglucinol can reduce the pain caused by bladder spasm,reduce the frequency and time of bladder spasm,and improve the corresponding lower urinary tract symptoms.
