摘　　要：头孢美唑是头孢菌类半合成抗生素,广泛应用于临床。其常见不良反应主要有天冬氨酸氨基转移酶和谷丙转氨酶升高、皮疹、恶心、呕吐、过敏反应等。本文报道的上海市松江区中心医院1例患者静脉滴注头孢美唑钠时癫痫样发作。根据药品不良反应关联性评价方法判断患者癫痫样发作可能与头孢美唑钠的使用有关。通过对该病例的报道,以期引起临床对头孢美唑可能导致癫痫样发作的关注,为临床提供参考。Cefmetazole is a semi-synthetic antibiotic of cephalosporins,and is widely used in clinical practice.Its common adverse reactions mainly include glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase elevation,rash,nausea,vomiting,allergic reaction,etc.This paper reports a patient with epileptic seizures during intravenous infusion of cefmetazole sodium at Songjiang District Central Hospital.According to the evaluation method of adverse drug reactions,the epileptic seizures in the patient might be caused by the use of cefmetazole sodium.Through the report of this case,we hope that the clinical staff pay attention to epileptic seizures possibly caused by cefmetazole and hope to provide clinical references.
