我国116家三级综合医院头孢替安使用强度分析

摘　　要：目的:分析我国116家三级综合医院的头孢替安使用强度。方法:以2017—2021年我国国家卫生健康委员会抗菌药物临床应用监测网116家三级综合医院的头孢替安年度消耗数据为基础,分别统计头孢替安医院使用率,各医院头孢替安的使用强度、占各自医院抗菌药物总使用强度的百分比及分布情况。结果:2017—2021年,我国116家三级综合医院头孢替安使用率分别为59.64%、57.32%、56.17%、52.50%和48.47%。头孢替安使用强度最大为8.86 DDDs,最小为1.55×10-4 DDDs,各年度平均值分别为1.63、1.51、1.35、1.12和0.79 DDDs。头孢替安使用强度占医院总抗菌药物使用强度比例最高为14.37%,各年度头孢替安使用强度<0.5 DDDs的医院数最多。结论:头孢替安为非主流抗菌药物,滥用现象普遍,应引起关注。Objective:To analyze cefotiam treatment intensity in 116 tertiary general hospitals in China.Methods:The cefotiam treatment rates,treatment intensity,percentage of total antibacterial treatment intensity,and distribution were analyzed in 116 tertiary general hospitals from the Center for Antibacterial Surveillance of the National Health Commission of China.Results:The cefotiam treatment rates were 59.64%,57.32%,56.17%,52.50%and 48.47%in 116 tertiary general hospitals in China from 2017 to 2021,respectively.The maximum and minimum intensity of cefotiam treatment were 8.86 DDDs and 0.000155 DDDs,and the annual averages were 1.63,1.51,1.35,1.12 and 0.79 DDDs,respectively.The intensity of cefotiam use accounted for the highest proportion of total antibacterial agent use intensity in hospitals and reached to 14.37%,and the intensity of cefotiam use was<0.5 DDDs in most hospitals across all years.Conclusion:Cefotiam is a nonmainstream antibacterial agent with widespread abuse and should be a cause for concern.
