摘　　要：目的:探讨中西药结合的肿瘤临床药学监护模式。方法:临床药师对1例转移性肠癌患者使用曲氟尿苷/替匹嘧啶化疗后Ⅳ度骨髓抑制的治疗过程进行分析总结,并探讨Ⅳ度骨髓抑制发生的影响因素。结果:在配合临床医生进行中西医结合治疗的过程中,临床药师提出合理性建议,对患者进行药学监护并提供用药教育,使患者骨髓抑制情况明显改善后出院。结论:临床药师通过参与药学监护,使中西药治疗更合理,并提高患者用药依从性,保证患者用药安全和有效,体现了临床药师的服务价值。Objective:To explore the clinical pharmaceutical care mode of tumor by combination of Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:Clinical pharmacists analyzed and summarized the treatment course of gradeⅣmyelosuppression in a patient with metastatic bowel cancer treated with trifluridine/tipiracil,and explored the influencing factors of the occurrence of gradeⅣmyelosuppression.Results:During the coordination with clinicians to carry out the integrated therapy of Chinese and Western medicine,the clinical pharmacists made reasonable suggestions for clinical,provided pharmaceutical care and medication education for patients,and finally the patient was discharged due to the significant improvement of her myelosuppression.Conclusion:By participating in pharmaceutical care,clinical pharmacists can make the integrated therapy of Chinese and Western medicine more reasonable,improve patients’medication compliance,ensure patients’medication safety and effectiveness,which reflects the service value of clinical pharmacists.
