微针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病研究进展

摘　　要：神经根型颈椎病(CSR)是临床常见的骨伤科疾病,由急性外伤或慢性劳损造成颈椎生物力学平衡失调,使颈椎骨质增生、颈椎间盘退变引起韧带及关节松动、错位并刺激或压迫颈神经根所致。微针刀为针刀发展而来的中医特色新技术,具有见效快、创伤小、价格低等特点,在治疗CSR中的效果确切,且患者易于接受。本文综述微针刀治疗CSR的研究进展。Cervical spondylopathy of radiculopathy(CSR)is a common clinical orthopaedic and traumatology diseases caused by acute trauma or chronic strain causing cervical biomechanical imbalance,cervical bone hyperplasia,cervical disc degeneration causing ligament and joint loosening,dislocation and stimulation or compression of cervical nerve roots.Microacupotomy is a new characteristic technology of traditional Chinese medicine developed from acupotomy.It has the characteristics of quick effect,small trauma and low price.It has a definite effect in the treatment of CSR and is easy to be accepted by patients.This paper reviews the research progress of microacupotomy in the treatment of CSR.
