摘　　要：生活事务成为乡村振兴阶段的治理内容,既源于村庄从生产本位转向生活本位,又源于国家试图将生活事务纳入治理议程。生活治理需立足生活事务属性,推动政社治理机制的适应性调整和协同。当前生活治理的问题是,通过固定程式治理村庄生活,将人心治理转换为单向的服务满意,不仅带来识别失真和治理失准,而且带来村民价值认知反噬。生活治理的关键是,尊重生活事务的整体性,立足生活事务的复杂性,创新治理机制,实现“行政的归行政、自治的归自治”,协调制度嵌入、自治主体与村民参与关系。当农村构建起主辅协同的平衡型治理机制,就能重建乡村生活秩序,实现群众的美好生活。The fact that governance of matters related to village life has become an important content of rural revitalization is due partly to the turn of village life from a production-based mode to a life-based mode,and partly to the inclusion by the government of village life into the governance agenda.Governance of life should be based on matters that are essential to life,and should be readjusted and coordinated in ways that are in line with the existing political and social governance mechanisms.Current problems in village life governance include the adoption of uniform and inflexible mode of governance,and the one-way provision of services to villagers without caring for what they really want,which not only results in mis-judgement and ineffective governance,but also causes negative reactions from the villagers.Thus a key to resolve these problems is to give due respect to the integrity of life-related matters and innovate the governance system by taking into account the complexities of life-related matters.Efforts must be made to"let the administrative organs do what is in their field,and let the villages be autonomous in matters concerning their own interests"Institutional arrangements must be made to coordinate the relations between the self-governing bodies and the villagers as participants in the governance.When a balanced governance system that takes care of the interests of both the major groups and minor groups is put in place,the order of village life can be reconstructed in a way to allow villagers to live a good life.
